 EU TRACKING ROADMAP 

The EU Tracking Roadmap was an annual publication which has been released each year from 2013 until 2015. It monitored the progress of renewable energy sources (RES) towards the 2020 target both at EU and Member State levels. In the 2013 issue, only the 11 EU Member States represented in the Keep on track! consortium were referred to. As of 2014, all Member States were taken into account. Croatia was included in 2015.

 POLICY RECOMMENDATIONS 

Policy recommendations reports were issued in parallel with the EU Tracking Roadmap. They offered detailed recommendations at EU and at Member State levels on how to keep on track with the indicative trajectory defined by the RES Directive. In the 2013 issue, only the 11 EU Member States represented in the Keep on track! consortium were referred to. As of 2014, the whole countries were be taken into account. This included Croatia in 2015.

 ANALYSIS OF DEVIATIONS AND BARRIERS 

The European Overview of Deviations and Barriers Report tracked the Member States’ past progress in RES development by comparing actual RES deployment with planned deployment; while it also outlinined the current situation regarding administrative, financial and technical barriers for the further development of RES in Member States.

 SCENARIO REPORT 

The Scenario Reports assessed possible future RES pathways towards 2020 and 2030, both at EU and national levels. One 2030 scanario will has been published, in 2014, whereas the 2020 scenario was issued twice: once in 2014 and another time in 2015.

 POLICY BRIEFINGS 

Policy briefings provided updates on the latest EU and national RES policy developments. They have been published on a 6-month-basis and mainly refered to the 11 Member States represented in the Keep on track! consortium.
